01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 2p777 platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, and any related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with the 2p777 platform in any capacity.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 2p777. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep your account information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 2p777 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access is attributable to your failure to safeguard your login information. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

2p777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or bank account showing your name and account number);
• Source of funds documentation if requested by the compliance team.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during business days. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification remain eligible to play but withdrawals will be held pending successful verification.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your 2p777 account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business days to reflect in your account balance. 2p777 does not charge any fees for deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and promotional values on the 2p777 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied. If your payment method operates in a different base currency, the conversion will be handled by your payment provider at their prevailing rate, which is outside 2p777's control.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 2p777 account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during support hours (9:00am – 11:00pm BST, daily) are typically processed within 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside of operating hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating period.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully met;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available verified balance;
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations or security holds;

06 Bonuses & Promotions

2p777 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All promotions are governed by specific terms that are published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions that apply platform-wide are set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotional terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Free bet winnings are subject to a 1x wagering requirement.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage"), or using automated tools to claim promotions — constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 2p777 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently bar the player from future promotions.

6.4 Promotion Expiry

All bonuses and free bets carry an expiry date. Bonus funds not utilised and wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without further notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

07 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the 2p777 platform — including sports bets, casino games, live tables, slots, fishing games, and crash titles — are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that market or product. General betting rules that apply across all products are set out below.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A wager is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the 2p777 system and a bet reference number has been issued. 2p777 reserves the right to refuse any wager at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has caused an incorrect price or odds to be displayed, or where the wager exceeds the applicable stake limit for that market.

7.2 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform error that affects the outcome or recording of a wager, 2p777 will endeavour to reconstruct the wager from available data. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to your account. 2p777 will not honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds that resulted from a pricing error.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and product type and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 2p777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns, risk assessment, or responsible gaming considerations.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2p777 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Opening more than one account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity without their explicit consent;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino, or betting markets;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2p777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2p777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 2p777 platform without prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of content from the platform is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2p777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. 2p777's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

2p777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• Identity or payment method verification has not been completed within the stipulated timeframe;
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity has been detected;
• The account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory instruction;
• A responsible gaming self-exclusion request has been received;
• The account has been dormant for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account termination for cause, any balance held in the account may be forfeited if it is determined that the balance was accrued through prohibited conduct. Where termination is initiated by 2p777 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

2p777 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, the parties agree to escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process described in our FAQ. 2p777's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, wager settlement, and account management shall be final, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection rights.
